How to make a reservation online
Your online reservation will be accepted after you receive a confirmation e-mail from us, within 72 hours. In case you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 72 hours due to unforeseen technical reasons, please contact us directly by Quick reservation, e-mail or telephone.
After receiving a confirmation e-mail, please respond to this email within 72 hours, so you can complete your reservation.
If you don't send us a responding e-mail within 72 hours, your reservation request will automatically be cancelled. Also, please understand, especially during peak seasons, rooms might not be available and you should adjust your planning, accordingly.
If you stay by two night stays or more, room and package can be selected.

Reservation Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify as soon as possible. We charge cancellation fees according to the conditions below:
14 days to 7 days prior to the day of your stay: 10% of total price.
6 days to 4 day prior to the day of your stay: 30% of total price.
3 days to 2 day prior to the day of your stay: 50% of total price.
On the day before your stay:70% of total price.
Cancellation on the day you are to stay: 100% of total price.
No notification of your cancellation: 100% of total price.
Special considerations regarding room rates at Ryokan:Taxes
All room rates are for one night per person, in Japanese Yen. A 5% of consumption tax is included.
Also, there are different room rates for staying at the end, and the beginning of the year, please contact us for details.
Other accommodation details
Check-In Time is from 3:00 PM (15:00)
Check-Out Time is by 11:00 AM
Dinner is served between 5:00 PM (17:00) and 7:30 PM (19:30)
Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
Please remember to abide by the wishes of the chef, try not to be late for any dining occasion. If you know you will be late for dinner, kindly inform us, we will make the necessary adjustments. But remember, a superb dinner experience is awaiting you, accompanied by the finest in service.
The breakfast can choose Japanese-style Breakfast and Western-style Breakfast. Reservation is required in advance.

Babies aged 5 and below
1,050 Yen per night without meals. 1,050 Yen for bedding rental.
Young Children aged 12 and below
Room without meals: 5,250 Yen
Room with Breakfast: same menu as the breakfast for Adults: 7,350 Yen
Room with Breakfast and Dinner: Kids menu for Dinner: 9,450 Yen
